Management of anger in men

Anger management is the most common problem men come to see me about. Nor will come to see me directly about it or they will be bound by a partner, mother, brother, etc. to see someone about it. Or it is going to be a sub-issue. For example, I see to anxiety or depression but anger management problems are below the surface.

So yes, Anger Management is a real problem for men in modern society. Why? I do not believe that men know how or believe that you are allowed to express their anger appropriately. Men believe that they are not allowed to get annoying, irritating, pissed off or simply cannot say which not. Some believe that people would freak. So don't say nothing and creates anger, and then one day everything comes out.How to address the majority of men not to express alcohol and much.

Note, I remember that when he was in school (went to a school for all children). The worst thing to say someone was 'get cut'. what means you too angry and there was no return on that comment for some reason and automatically lost the plot or the conversation and looked like an idiot. So from an early age children are taught not to express any anger, annoyance to everyone.

The trick is assertiveness or in organizational talk, how to have difficult conversations. From the beginning is ' nipping things in bud ' before it becomes a problema.Un little confrontation is not a bad thing in a relationship, friendship, at work and in life in general. Or saying NO! Peacekeeping is overrated and not always work in the end.

Honesty and honesty are values that much men have and want to live by.And that is what life is, live their lives by its core values, what they are. When we move away from these fundamental values or not living in alignment with them that psychological problems start which is simple producen.bastante really.
